Jessica Marcus, Founder and CEO
Prior to launching J.P. Marcus Consulting, Jessica was with Goldman Sachs as Vice President within the Engineering Division for over 11 years, leading the Chief of Staff team. Prior to that, she spent five years at UBS in the Hedge Fund Services Division as a Registered Client Services Representative.
After taking a short break to focus on her family, Jessica researched opportunities in the market for women in the industry who desired more flexibility and decided to launch a consulting company which allows individuals, especially working moms, the flexibility to continue a successful career with a healthy work life balance.
Jessica has a keen eye for identifying opportunities, developing and executing operational strategies that have enabled organizations to achieve their desired objectives. She has lead teams in various industries, including finance, hospitality, and technology. She is a highly respected leader who is well-versed in all aspects of operations, from budgeting and forecasting to process improvement and people management. She is a dedicated problem solver at heart.
Jessica is an innovative leader with the ability to develop and implement creative strategies that result in improved operations and increased efficiency. She has a proven track record of success in leading teams in a variety of projects from concept to completion. Her ability to connect with people, think outside the box and manage expectations ensure that all involved parties are working together towards a common goal. She is a strategic thinker and is committed to continuously improving both the operations and the culture of organizations she works with.
When not working, Jessica enjoys time at the beach with her husband and daughter.
